All of our products will be shipped out to you within 2 business days after your payment has cleared. We ship via UPS and USPS Only.
Products Damaged During Transit: We insure all shipments. If your item is damaged in transit we will work with you to get a replacement ASAP. To ensure quick processing, be sure to note the damage to the delivery agent and notify us within 72 hours of delivery or as soon as you possibly can. We will then provide a shipping label for the damaged product (at our expense) & get your replacement product shipped to you ASAP.
We currently have free shipping to the 48 contiguous United States. We offer shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, the cost will be calculated in your cart for your review BEFORE you pay. We are working on a shipping solution to Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands, APO/FPOs, and Canada. If you would like to order before we have that solution you can call us to place a phone order.
We Guarantee ALL of our products to be 100% free of any factory defects and to be in 100% working order when you receive the product. We perform Quality Inspection on ALL of our products. However, we are only human…so…if we DO make a mistake and miss something, PLEASE notify us as soon as possible within the first 30 days if you receive a Defective Product. Per our 3-year warranty, the first 30 days are covered by an Unconditional Money Back or Replacement Guarantee from the date of purchase. If your product becomes damaged in shipment or is found to be defective in any way during this period, we will replace or issue a complete refund for your product within 48 hours upon receiving it back at our warehouse, with the return shipping paid by us. This 30 Day Unconditional Money Back Guarantee is valid only in the United States & Canada. If you purchase any STX International product and ship it to a destination outside of the United States or Canada, this guarantee becomes null & void.
If you accidentally purchase the wrong product, or have buyer's remorse, and decide that you do not want the product, it must be returned NEW & UNUSED in the original box and the buyer will pay the return shipping. PLEASE NOTE there will be 10% Restocking Fee, and original shipping costs (if applicable) will not be refunded. Used Product CANNOT be returned without our permission, and any refunds will be subject to our discretion.
