Designed with a 120 Watt Heater that is Totally Thermostatically Controlled, the Activation 420 will give you Perfect Results Every Time you use it. The default setting for the temperature is 250°F which converts to approximately 226° F inside the unit core during processing and the default time is 1 hour (about 20 min to heat up and 40 min of solid cooking time. There is then a cool down cycle, to ensure when you remove the lid and start to handle the canister it is safe to do so.
