The Grinding Head on this grinder is a Size #8. The 4 Parts of the Grinding Head (shown in the 1st photo above) are manufactured out of 100% Polished Cast Aluminum ( NOT Coated). These Grinding Head Parts SHOULD NOT be washed in the Dishwasher, but should be washed in a mild liquid detergent (like Dawn) in hot water, towel dried and stored in a Dry Place.

The Cadet Grinder also comes with 3 Tempered/Hardened Steel Grinding Plates and also a Special Sausage Stuffing Plate that is used only when you Stuff Sausage (shown in the 2nd photo above). These Grinding Plates also SHOULD NOT be washed in the Dishwasher, but should be washed in a mild liquid detergent (like Dawn) in hot water, towel dried and stored in a Dry Place.

The Cutting Blades that come with this grinder are what are referred to as "Quad Beveled" Blades and are manufactured out of a Food Grade Stainless Steel (shown in the 3rd photo above). Although these cutting blades are manufactured from Stainless Steel and can be washed in the dishwasher, it is easier to just wash them along with the grinding head and grinding plates with the liquid detergent and hot water and then towel dried and stored in a Dry Place.

A Set of 3 Sizes of Sausage Stuffing Tubes along with the Adapter are also included with this grinder (shown in 1st photo above). The Diameter of the Sausage Tubes are 3/4", 5/8" and 1/2".

A Kubbe (also know as a Kibbeh) Maker Attachment comes with this grinder also (shown in the 2nd photo above). For those of you who are not familiar with Kubbes, they are a Traditional Middle Eastern Dish comprised of a cylinder like shell made from bulghar wheat and lamb. The center of the cylinder is stuffed with a spiced minced (ground) lamb filling and the ends are then sealed to form the Kubbe which is then Deep Fried.

The Turboforce Cadet, like all of our meat grinders, comes with a food pusher (shown in the 3rd photo above) that is specially designed for this grinder. The working/stuffing length of this food pusher is such that the Maximum Food presentation to the Auger occurs without Damaging the Food Pusher and contaminating the meat. Do NOT use any Kitchen Utensils for this purpose.
