The Grinding Head on this grinder is a Size #5. The 4 parts of this Grinding Head (shown in the 1st photo above) are manufactured out of 100% Polished Cast Aluminum (NOT Coated). The Grinding Head Parts, the Cutting Blades, and the Grinding Plates should NOT be washed in the dishwasher, but should be washed with a mild detergent (like Dawn Liquid) and hot water, towel dried and stored in a dry place.

The Magnum Elite comes with 3 Polished,Tempered Steel Grinding Plates (shown in the middle picture above). These Grinding Plates feature a Notched Design for a tight fit during use and will facilitate small, medium and large grinds of meat.

This grinder also comes with 1 Quality Stainless Steel Cutting Blade (shown in the 3rd photo above). This Cutting Blade has the latest Quad Beveled designed for increased performance and durability. The Quad Bevel design produces a strong, leading edge for maximum efficiency during tough grinds.

The Magnum Elite, like all of our STX Line of Meat Grinders, comes with a Food Pusher that is specifically designed each of our grinders. The Working Length of these Food Pushers is such that Maximum food presentation to the Auger occurs without damaging the Food Pusher and contaminating the meat. Do not use kitchen utensils for this purpose.




One Sausage Stuffing Tube also is included with this grinder (shown in the 1st photo above).

The 3rd photo above shows the Kubbe (also know as Kibbe) Attachment that comes with this grinder. For those of you who are not familiar with Kubbes, they are Traditional Middle Eastern Dish comprised of a cylinder-like shell made from meat which lamb and bulghar wheat. The center is then stuffed with a spiced minced lamb filling and the ends are sealed to form the Kubbe which is then Deep-Fried.
